Braised Eggs with Leeks and Za’atar…
… not the way dinner was supposed to go .
I had a squid stew in mind but thanks to the mess that is called Brexit , I ended up with loads of vegetables and no seafood.
So I did what any home cook would do with a basket full of veg to use up… find an Ottolenghi recipe and make something delicious .
