Then add 140gr of chopped (jarred in oil )sundried tomatoes and let cook for another minute. Pour in half a cup of white wine and 1 cup of double cream . Add 150gr of baby spinach leaves . Season to your liking and if you do not mind a bit of spice , sprinkle a teaspoon of dried red chilli flakes .
