Grilled Sea Bream with Giant Couscous Salad…
… I would normally accompany the fish with a leafy salad , with refreshing tomatoes and cucumbers , but I needed a bit more ‘body’ to the meal , so I went for giant couscous boiled in veggie stock, ready cooked chickpeas and broccoli roasted in oil , salt and pepper ( for 10-15 mins ) , some roasted red peppers from a jar and raisins .
The sea bream was drizzled with olive oil and seasoned with salt , pepper and the most incredibly aromatic dried oregano that I brought with me back from Greece .
Big platter , food sharing and definitely using hands for this one !!
