… I would say I am a good er of recipes , meaning they turn out the way they are supposed to and I put a lot of love and effort in every step. But my hubby’s capability of putting flavours together is an innate gift. He just gets the chemistry in cooking !
So when I made Meera Sodha’s curry from her book Fresh India for the first time, he decided it needed tweaking . For me it was a perfectly flavoured curry , but after he finished with it , it went up a level.
I knew there was a good reason I picked him out of the bunch !! 😉
